1. Condition of use
1.1. Placing an order requires registration. First order in connection with the customer must:
a) register as a customer Probyte (hereafter PR) register by notifying the customer name and other required information.
b) agree that the PR register above its customer. PROBYTES customer information is confidential. PR undertakes not to disclose customer information other than the companys internal business partners.

2. Validity of the Order
2.1. Communication between the parties, either by email or letter. Customer agrees to observe the orders after the order confirmation e-mail to receive.
2.2. The trade agreement comes into force when the PR has sent an order confirmation.

5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment is made using the following methods:
a) Advance Bank Transfer. Logged in the payment form to our account, we will send your order immediately. This demonstration shows the payment amount sent by e-commerce order confirmation.
b) Cash on Delivery. Payment is made at the post office pick up the consignment. Item is delivered to the customer for a fee. If the customer wants to order for delivery, should mention the ordering. In this case, the customer will pay cash on delivery costs.
c) Landing. We may charge student groups and corporate customers.
6.1. The returned product and product packaging must be in the same condition as it is received.

7. Shipments damaged items
7.1. Sometimes it may happen that in spite of careful packing the mail transport, the packages may be damaged. So it is good for retrieving a package to check its condition, presence of the postman. 8.1. 10. Dispute Settlement
